Immersive Translation
This is a bilingual translation extension. Unlike traditional Google Translate which directly overlays translations on the original text, requiring you to revert the translation to view the original text, Immersive Translation inserts translations below the original text for bilingual parallel reading. When translations are confusing, you can directly reference the original text. Additionally, Immersive Translation supports current popular large language models such as GPT-4o
, Gemini 1.5 Flash
, etc., significantly improving translation accuracy.
Besides webpage translation, Immersive Translation officially provides features like: full PDF translation, real-time YouTube subtitle translation, and EPUB e-book translation. Below, we'll detail how to install and use the models provided by Stima API.
